Order Corrections
OUR MISTAKE – If we have made some type of mistake on your order (rather it be a grammatical error, clerical error or typo), we allow up to 90-days for you to contact us (click here or email us at “Sales [at] Cheaper-than-Tuition.com” with the subject line “ORDER CORRECTION”) and request a correction (after that, your order could be deleted from our system). We will make the appropriate changes, produce and re-ship your order as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you. YOUR MISTAKE – If you made some type of error when placing your order which has lead to your order not being produced as you intended and would like to request changes be made, we can can re-produce your order with the appropriate changes within 90-days for 33% of the original purchase price + any applicable Production & Shipping charges. If you need a mistake corrected on an order that you purchased more than 90-days ago, please contact us for more information and options. We will work with you and do everything in our power to make sure we get it right and you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Either way, we will work with you to quickly produce and replace your order and do everything we can to make sure you are ultimately satisfied with your purchase.
